This world we live in is just fill with so many thing's that brings us stress, stress and more stress. "Yeah", sometimes we are just so tired or mad. We never know when we might really need to relax until stress is packed to our head tops.
I had to learn this the hard way But I will make it really easy for all off you Just follow the simple steps I'm about to teach you all and you will be just fine and relaxed in no time. ( It will all feel better if you learn the steps then follow them them with your eyes close)1. If possible you must first cut off all communication and anything noisy. Also shut off things that may bother you during this relaxation. Like: Email, IM's, SMS, PDA, cell phone, home and work phones. Just let your mind get away from the rest of the world for a while. Your concentration is really important to your relaxation.1. The moment you realize you need to relax just get comfortable and focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath and hold it in for 5 seconds, then exhale very slowly. Just relax every part of your body and repeat this for about 5 times. It will helps calm you down and bring more oxygen to your brain.
2. Now think about all the things that are stressing you out. "In other words, define your stress". Relaxing is about finding out where the
stress lies in your life and being able to walk away from it. So make sure you think deeply about where you problems are. Then just forget about them for this moment completely.
3. Now think of the thing's you really like
It can be the voice of your love one, ice cream, your kids or a movie. Just put you self where you want to be. "In other words use you imagination and create your own world".
4. Now that your in your own world make it fun and just keep your entire body on relaxed mood. Don't forget to continue breathing nice and slowly. Just concentrate on the fun thing your doing in your world for as long as you want.
5. When your ready to get out of relax mood. Take a deep breath and hold it in for 5 seconds, then exhale very slowly. The if your eyes were close open it up slowly and smile
