2. Now think about all the things that are stressing you out. "In other words, define your stress". Relaxing is about finding out where the stress lies in your life and being able to walk away from it. So make sure you think deeply about where you problems are. Then just forget about them for this moment completely.
4. Now that your in your own world make it fun and just keep your entire body on relaxed mood. Don't forget to continue breathing nice and slowly. Just concentrate on the fun thing your doing in your world for as long as you want.
5. When your ready to get out of relax mood. Take a deep breath and hold it in for 5 seconds, then exhale very slowly. The if your eyes were close open it up slowly and smile You Did It!
